YOGA FOR MENSTRUATION
In 2001, I wrote a book; Yoga for Menstruation in which is detailed a description and outline of suggested yoga postures and practices that can be of use during, before and after menstruation with recommendations of postures for other issues and concerns that may arise.
The format of this book is easy to follow. Sometimes there are several suggestions for variations (to keep things interesting). The design enables you to use it as a practice manual, setting it up next to your mat as you practice.
Because this was a self published book, and I do intend to republish it (by popular demand) please be patient, as I will need a bit more time before I will have this available.
